V-Nok is a progressive lyricist that addresses cultural and societal issues as well as humanistic themes such as love, loss, and self-realization while blending rap with soul, rnb, and funk.

Growing up in the musical mecca of Memphis, TN, V-Nok came up listening to old school R&B, as his

father penned songs for classic artists like the Dramatics, Albert King, David Ruffin and others. Using those soulful influences and combining them with hip-hop and an uncanny ability to manipulate words, it culminates with an intense and compelling performance.
